Susan Hines
Susan (Sue) Hines is the director of the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) and associate professor of EdD in Leadership program at Saint Marys University of Minnesota. Hines is also serving on the editorial board for the Journal of Faculty Development and To Improve the Academy and is an active member and organizational contributor for the Professional Organizational Development (POD) Network. She has over 30 years of teaching experience in higher education combined with several years of academic administration, consulting, and research. Her research focuses on faculty development evaluation. Her work has resulted in several publications in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Faculty Development, To Improve the Academy, AXIS: Journal of Lasallian Higher Education, and Magna Publications.
Hines earned her EdD in leadership and MA in education from Saint Marys University of Minnesota and BA in educational psychology from the Metropolitan State University.
