Scott Warnock

Scott Warnock is an associate professor of English and director of University Writing program at Drexel University. He teaches first-year writing and courses such as writing in cyberspace, the literature of business, and the peer reader in context. He is the author of Teaching Writing Online: How and Why and he has contributed chapters to a number of anthologies and published his work in many academic journals. Currently, he is the vice president of the Global Society for Online Literacy Educators and has co-chaired the Conference on College Composition and Communication Committee for Effective Practices in Online Writing Instruction.

Warnock holds a PhD in English from Temple University; an MA in English and a BA in English with minor in journalism both from the Rutgers University Camden.
