Debora Herold, PhD

Debora Herold is a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Indiana University in Indianapolis. She earned her PhD in cognitive and developmental psychology from Emory University. Herold serves as the director of Undergraduate Studies in psychology and as course coordinator for B110 introduction to psychology. In addition, she regularly teaches upper-level courses in cognition, directs the Psychology Undergraduate Learning Assistant program, and oversees the Psychology Resource Center. Herold has authored work on various aspects of teaching and learning and regularly presents at regional, national, and international venues. She has received multiple teaching-related grants and awards including Curriculum Enhancement Grants, the School of Science Trustees Teaching Award, School of Science Service Award, and the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching.
