Rachel Gunderson

Rachel Gunderson is an instructional designer at Cornell University’s Center for Teaching Innovation. Her areas of interest include building community and belonging in the classroom and reducing learning barriers for underserved populations, including those who are neurodivergent or have experienced trauma. Prior to this, Rachel worked on the instructional design team at eCornell developing fully online courses to learners around the world. She has years of experience as an Instructor herself at Wells and Ithaca College’s in health education. She holds master and bachelor of science degrees in health education from Ithaca College and graduate certificates in both instructional systems technology from Indiana University and project management from Cornell University.
