Sara Vose Melita is a consultant, executive coach, facilitator, and trainer with 25+ years of experience. She founded the Melita Consulting 2.0 and provides coaching to leaders at all levels as they build important skills and navigate change. Before transitioning to her independent consulting practice, Melita was a full-time staff member at George Washington (GW) University for over 10 years. In addition to consulting, she continues to be the facilitator of the GW Academic Leadership Academy, which is currently engaging its fourth cohort. Prior to this, she spent more than a decade in various roles at a leading global information technology service provider. Melita specializes in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and process improvement.
