Sheenah Hartigan, EdD

Sheenah Hartigan currently serves as the executive director of Enrollment Services at Ocean County College (OCC), N.J. where she oversees the one stop shop, enrollment services, recruitment and admissions, retention services, and early college. Hartigan worked to develop and launch the successful one stop shop at OCC and is currently piloting a retention model. Hartigan’s work in implementing an AI chatbot at OCC was recently awarded a national Bellwether award for 2022 in Planning, Governance and Finance. She has presented at national conferences and on panels for The Chronicle of Higher Education, Middle States Commission for Higher Education, Ellucian, and others. Hartigan is passionate about student enrollment and recruitment, streamlining processes, and change management. Hartigan earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from The College of New Jersey. She earned a master’s degree in student service administration and a doctorate in higher education administration, both from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
