Scott Schneider is a partner with the Austin office of Husch Blackwell LLP where he works with colleges and universities around the country on a host higher education compliance issues as part of Huschs higher education team. Schneiders experience with higher education legal issues is informed by a real-world understanding of how colleges and universities operate as he spent six years working in the Office of General Counsel for Tulane University. Schneider is also an award-winning professor at Tulane University where he teaches courses in both the law and business schools on, among other things, Higher Education Law and Title IX.

Schneider holds a JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a BS in economics from the University of New Orleans.
