Bethany F. Schultz is the director of the Center for Instructional Design & Technology and an associate professor of leadership studies at Northwest Nazarene University. Schultz holds a MEd in curriculum, instruction, and innovation and an EdD in leadership and professional practice. Her areas of expertise include online teaching and administration, leadership development, and educational technology research. For over a decade, Schultz has been committed to innovation in higher education through the effective use of technology.
