Risk Management
Joshua Zugish is a senior associate legal counsel with Colorado State University System and works in the Fort Collins office. He provides counsel to the Division of Student Affairs, the academic colleges, Graduate School and Colorado State University Police Department on a wide variety of student issues, risk management, regulatory compliance, and litigation matters. Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel in 2008, Zugish was in private practice as a general civil litigator, primarily in the areas of business and real estate. He currently also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Colorado Legal Aid Foundation. He is also a member of the behavioral and threat assessment team at CSU Fort Collins and frequently lectures on the issue of law and threat assessment.
Zugish earned his JD in law from the University of Montana School of Law.
