Doreen B. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in dental hygiene. She received her BS degree from Edinboro University in education and holds a masters degree in adult education from National Louis University. Johnson is an independent educational and accreditation consultant. She also serves as an online educator at Concorde Career Colleges. She has extensive experience with CODA guidelines, adult education, curriculum development and training. She is a consulting examiner for the Commission on Dental Competency Assessments (CDCA). She presents educational programs to dental hygiene students, dental students, faculty, and professional associations both nationally and internationally to promote evidence-based treatment protocols for clinical practice.
