Carolina Gibbs is a lead consultant for Savvas Learning Company (formerly known as Pearson). She is a partnership plus manager. In this role she works as a long-term partner with school districts where she leads a team of consultants. SLC provides virtual professional development opportunities as well as virtual job embedded coaching and mentoring of teachers, coaches, and administrators. Prior to this she was a bilingual (Spanish) teacher, coordinator, director of curriculum, and principal for 11 years.
